PAINTING

Monika Petschnigg has been working on the subject „scenic countrysides“ for some time. She applies paint with vehemence and speed. Then she partially washes off, scratches blurs and covers up the canvases with new paint layers using both a brush and a spatula. This leads to depth and expanse of space.
